Another Tuesday morning…
By 8:30, Mike was already behind—two jobs, yesterday’s estimate, and a bunch of missed calls piling up. When another customer called, he couldn’t pick up. He figured he’d call back after the next job.
By lunch, the day had gotten away from him. At 5:00, he finally called back. Voicemail. The customer had already hired someone else.
Mike isn’t careless. He’s busy—and too much of the customer process depends on him remembering everything.
