Bayward Growth uses the information you provide to assess your business, prepare recommendations, communicate with you and deliver services you choose to authorize.
Information we collect
When you complete an assessment, contact us or begin working with Bayward Growth, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number and business name.
- Information about your services, customers, service area and business goals.
- Details about inquiries, missed calls, estimates, follow-up, scheduling, reviews, sales processes and existing systems.
- Approximate business figures you voluntarily provide, such as job values, inquiry volume, advertising spend or close rates.
- Information needed to configure services you approve, including integration requirements, workflow preferences and authorized contacts.
- Limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect our website and forms.
Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical records or other highly sensitive information through our assessment or intake forms.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Review your current workflow and identify possible opportunity gaps.
- Prepare your assessment findings, recommendations, action plan or proposed scope.
- Configure, manage and support services you authorize.
- Communicate with you about your assessment or services.
- Maintain security, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems and meet legal obligations.
Completing an assessment does not authorize Bayward Growth to make changes to your systems. Implementation begins only after you review and approve the proposed work.
SMS messaging and mobile information
Bayward Growth offers optional SMS messaging for assessment follow-up, appointments, requested services, service or account updates, and—only when separately selected—marketing messages about Bayward Growth services, offers and business-growth updates.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We may use communications platforms, telecommunications providers and carriers solely as necessary to deliver messages and operate the messaging service. Those service providers process information on our behalf for service delivery, not for their own marketing.
SMS participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance, or email hello@baywardgrowth.com. See our Terms & Conditions for full SMS program terms.
Customer and lead information
If you hire Bayward Growth and authorize us to connect with systems containing customer or lead information, we use that information only to provide the agreed services and follow your instructions.
We do not claim ownership of your customer data, use it for our own marketing or sell it to another business.
Your business remains responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any permissions required for communications with its customers.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers for functions such as website hosting, secure data storage, authentication and email delivery. These currently include services such as Vercel, Supabase and Resend.
These providers may process limited information only as needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, necessary to protect people or systems, or directed by you.
Retention
Assessment records that do not become active engagements are generally retained for no longer than 180 days.
Active-client information may be retained during the engagement and for up to 24 months afterward when reasonably needed for support, business records, dispute resolution, security or legal obligations. We may delete information sooner when it is no longer needed.
Security
Bayward Growth uses reasonable safeguards appropriate for a small business technology service. These include encrypted connections, restricted administrative access, authentication controls, expiring onboarding links and server-side credential storage.
No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and collect only information relevant to the services being provided.
Your choices
You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccurate information, delete information we no longer need to retain, or stop nonessential communications.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Certain records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
Children’s privacy
Bayward Growth provides business services and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will remain available on our website.
